Salon Policies

At WellGuided, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. In order to maintain this standard, we kindly ask you to adhere to our salon policies.

 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, a cancellation fee will apply. 

 

No-Shows

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, missing an appointment without prior notice compromises our ability to serve other clients and results in lost time and resources. For no-shows, the total cost of the service will be charged.

 

Late Arrivals

We value your time and the time of our other clients. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment time, it will be classified as a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.

 

Booking Appointments

A New client is required to pay a 50% deposit.This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment include;

Card and Cash.

 

Right to Decline Service

Our salon team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated, or whose health may adversely affect the results of the service.
